A: Ladies and Gentlemen! The government had finally decided to approve gambling in Singapore.

B: Finally?! But then people are gambling all the time. I mean, people even bet on whether the government is going to build the casino or not? Gambling has and always will be here.

B: Now I get it. But forget the casinos. I have to pay a hundred dollars to just to enter the casinos. Before I start I lose already.

A: It’s integrated resorts my friend, not casinos.

B: Whatever lah, I rather go play guessing games like 4D and Toto, been doing that for years.

In order to control gambling addictions, there will be help from various institutes providing services such as counseling.
